How-To

Version: 1.21+

Step 1

Choose a safe location in your survival world away from existing villages (so the farm's villagers and golems don't interact with other villagers). Make a 3x3x3 hole.

Step 2

On one of the sides break 2 blocks and make a hole 2 block deep, place Soul Sand and water on top.

Step 2 screenshot

Step 3

On that side, cover the main pit with 3 blocks and place trapdoors under them.

Step 3 screenshot

Step 4

Place 3 beds facing the water pit.

Step 4 screenshot

Step 5

Using a boat (or any other type of transport) take 3 villagers inside the pit and over the beds, cover them with trapdoors.

Step 5 screenshot

Step 6

Place a double-chest with connected hoppers in one of the main pit corners.

Step 6 screenshot

Step 7

Close the trapdoor's pit making a 4x5 rectangle with walls.

Step 7 screenshot

Step 8

Make path blocks (right-clicking with a shovel) in a 7-radius block, making a 19x19 area, with the pit in the middle.

Step 8 screenshot

Step 9

Place water in the opposite side of the hopper corner (place a temporal block, water on top, then destroy the temporal block), on the hopper corner, destroy the outer dirt block so, when placing lava on top of the wall, flows into the empty space.

Step 10

Name the name tag, lure a zombie into the watered-soulsand, name it so it doesnt despawn.
