How-To

Version: 1.21+

Step 1

Go to the Nether roof (ceiling) in your survival world. Find the nether wastes biome (where zombified piglins spawn), build a 3x4 chest array where the loot will be stored.

Behind the chest array connect hoppers to the chests so the first to fill will be the bottom chests.

Make a 5x3 platform of hoppers connected to the chest hoppers, opposite to the chest array, add 3 hoppers at the left and right sides so all hoppers are connected.

Cover the hopper platform with a 24 tall tower with your building block.

On the top of the tower make a 30x30 platform where the piglins will spawn.

Using temporal blocks place a turtle egg in the middle of the tower so piglins can target but cannot reach it.

Step 7

Place closed trapdoors on the magma blocks that are next to the open pit of the tower, then cover the turtle egg with closed trapdoors so its protected from the piglins attack.

Repeat steps 5, 6 and 7 for the needed platforms (each platform adds 160 ingots per h). In the final platform create a slab roof leaving 2 block space for piglin spawn, build them 2 blocks apart and covering the whole platform.

Step 9

Over the pit don't build the slab platfrom, place a glass 2 blocks over the turtle egg, a slab in front and a slab to reach the glass.

Step 10

Place scaffoldings over the glass until reaching the maximum build height.

Step 11

Climb the scaffoldings and place a 2 block space to make the AFK area, when staying there the piglins will have the maximum spawn rate.

Step 12

Piglins will spawn and target the turtle egg, the trapdoors will trick piglins thinking they can walk on it but fall into the tower and die.
